  • Serves as secretary to various boards, posting agendas and recording the proceedings
  • Reviews all claims, prepares warrants for payment, and keeps financial ledger

    Muskogee County Clerk, Polly Irving, has added a new feature in the Land Records Office. Muskogee residents can now monitor their property for any documents filed in Muskogee County. This means property owners can be notified if/when any documents are filed against their property or against their name, giving property owners greater security. Sign up for a free account at Okcountyrecords.com and add your name and property description to your monitor account. Need assistance on how to do this?
