Judge Norman Thygesen is responsible for the Divorce, Probate, Juvenile, and Criminal dockets. Judge Thygesen presides over jury trials appearing on both the Criminal and Civil Jury Trial Dockets. Judge Thygesen also handles other types of cases as assigned by the Presiding District Judge.
